Does mSpy™ allow you to view deleted messages?

If you are monitoring an Android phone, you can only monitor incoming and outgoing text messages that have been deleted after mSpy™ had already been installed. However, using mSpy’s Keylogger, you can view outgoing deleted messages sent in any social media app (Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). If you root the Android phone that you want to monitor with our mAssistance service, you will be able to see all deleted messages in any social media app.

If you are monitoring an iPhone, you can view those messages that have been backed up to iCloud. If your kid sends a message and deletes it after the backup has already been done, you will still be able to view the deleted messages.

What happens after the purchase?

As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will get an email with your login and password. You will need to follow the link provided to you in the email and log in to your account using your computer or smartphone. Once you log in, you will be guided through the installation process in order to set up monitoring.

Where can I see the information from the device I am monitoring?

To see the data gathered from the monitored device, log into your mSpy™ account from any browser. Once the app is synced with the target device, all information will become available to you in your Dashboard.

How often is the information updated?

If you are monitoring an Android device (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, LG, Motorola, etc.), mSpy™ sends the updates from the target device to your mSpy™ account every 5-30 mins (depending on the Update Interval you set up).

If you are monitoring an iPhone, mSpy™ sends the updates from the target device to your mSpy™ account every 24 hours.
